Dr. Harry G. Harris, President, HealthCare California, visited Malaysia on a U. S. Department of State Public Diplomacy program focusing on current entrepreneurship and health care issues.  Dr. Harris visited Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Johor Bahru and Penang and made presentations to government officials, university faculties and students and leaders of private enterprises and public sector organizations.
